1. Understand each service

Use this website for charts, operating notices and educational material. Orders, deposits and withdrawals are not executed here. Account procedures and actual trading terms must be checked in FXLand.

2. Read the instrument conditions

Check the data reference, round duration, hours and applicable terms. For fees, confirm both the percentage and the amount it applies to. Ask support about minimum amounts or processing times that are not specified.

3. Check notices and the calendar

Read the dates and conditions of notices and look for later changes. On the economic calendar, check the displayed time zone and distinguish forecasts from released values. An event does not establish a guaranteed price direction.

4. Prepare the chart

In the learning chart below, choose a symbol and interval, then select Load learning chart. GBP/AUD from OANDA at one hour is a useful starting screen. Confirm all three settings in the chart title before comparing it with another chart.

5. Find the right next step

  • Use Trading conditions and Notices for operating information.
  • Read the screen walkthrough to learn the chart controls.
  • Open the troubleshooting guide for a blank chart or mismatched prices.
  • Contact @fxcipi119 on Telegram with the page address, instrument and question.
