The chart area is blank
Press Load learning chart if it has not been loaded. Otherwise try Reload chart once, refresh the page and check whether other websites load. Open the TradingView link below the chart to compare the source screen. Another browser or network can help identify a local restriction without disabling security protections wholesale.
Prices or candle shapes differ
- Match the instrument code and quote currency.
- Match the exchange or data provider.
- Check whether the instrument is spot, futures or a CFD.
- Align the chart interval and time zone.
- Compare the same timestamp and candle completion status.
A one-minute and a one-hour chart cover different periods. The close of a forming candle can change, so start by comparing completed candles at the same timestamp.
The price is not updating
Look for a market-closed or delayed-data indication. There may be no new prices outside trading hours. Widget data and delays depend on the market and exchange. A paid TradingView subscription does not automatically change the data available in an embedded widget.
The symbol is unavailable
“This symbol is only available on TradingView” means it cannot be displayed in this widget. Changing the interval may not resolve that restriction. Choose a supported symbol or follow the source link. Not every exchange and instrument is available in embedded widgets.
Mobile controls are missing
Some controls collapse on a narrow screen. Try the outer symbol and interval selectors, landscape orientation or the original chart link. Also check whether browser zoom is obscuring controls.
What to send support
Include the page address, symbol, provider, interval, date and time zone, error message, device, browser and checks already tried. A screenshot should show the error and symbol while hiding account details. Passwords and verification codes are not needed.
