Using a TXID
A TXID is the transaction hash that identifies a blockchain transfer. Record the hash, transfer time, amount and status.
Blockchain completion and crediting a service account are separate stages. If account crediting is delayed, ask support to check the transfer details. Do not send passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
