This means 09:00 until 02:00 the following day. It does not mean every request will be completed immediately or within those hours.
The original notice does not specify processing times, holiday exceptions or the time zone. Confirm these with support before submitting a request.
For an enquiry, prepare the request type, time, amount and receipt details. For a USDT transfer, the network and TXID help identify the transaction.
